Similar to Primex in design but further refined to make use of the larger site.

1000m2 Warehouse + 160m2 of Office/amenities
Following on from the Lot 42 Design we maximized the shape of this block by pushing the office forward to give maximum visibility coming down the shed, while blending the lines between a traditional industrial building and something a little more commercial in appearance.

Working a similar design to the lot 42 and 45 we adjusted the size to suit the smaller 1500m2 block but still achieved maximum GFA without compromise to the access for trucks and containers.
November 2021
750m2 Warehouse + 120m2 office
10000m2 block split into 4 x 1350m2 warehouses. We wanted to move away from the common "shared driveway" common in multi unit complexes instead offering a exclusive use hardstand area to allow the areas in front of each shed be used for operation of the end user simular to a stand alone building site.
Due June 2023
4 x 1350m2 GFA warehouses with 700m2 hardstand area.
